Mission Statements

A Mission Statement is a declaration of purpose, values and direction.

To create a Mission Statement:
Obtain input from customers and employees
Brainstorm to develop a list of basic values and themes, including commitments to customers and staff
    "The purpose of our business is to..."
    "The most important thing we do is..."
Each person on the team developing the Mission Statement selects the best statement, then work together to combine and refine for a final Mission Statement.

Example Mission Statement:
The Mission of the Daily PlanIt is to provide work skills training that will result in effective and efficient employees.
Our goal is to present prime information concisely and clearly, and to provide an entertaining workplace simulation to strengthen and develop work skills that will benefit both individuals and employers.
