Breathing
Learning to control breathing is a
terrific method for
handling emotions, relaxing, and increasing the flow of oxygen to the
brain.
Breathe with the diaphragm by placing a hand above the navel and below
the rib cage to feel the hand lift upon inhaling deeply. Daily practice
strengthens skill.
